Renee Lucas

Renee Lucas is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact, currently serving as the DEI&B and Social Impact Program Manager at Bose Corporation since June 2023. Prior to this role, Renee held various positions at the Boston Women's Workforce Council from September 2018 to May 2023, including Engagement and Operations Manager, Engagement Manager, Community Coordinator, and Program Intern. Renee also gained experience as a Front Desk Associate at Encompass Fitness from August 2012 to June 2020 and worked as a Research Assistant and Diversity & Inclusion Intern at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from May 2017 to February 2020. Renee earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Bryant University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2017, and graduated from Millis High School in 2014.
