Bob Kopp

Bob Kopp is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing and leading operations within the industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Operations Manager at 84 Lumber since March 2024, Kopp specializes in multifamily and commercial framing turnkey services. In addition, Kopp holds the title of President at both BOSH Builder Services LLC and BOSH Builders LLC, focusing on labor supply and residential/multi-family construction management, respectively. Kopp also leads Kopp Construction Co, LLC, a framing contractor established in 1994. Previous roles include Regional Install Manager at 84 Lumber and service as an Attack Helicopter Repairer in the US Army from 1985 to 1988. Kopp's educational background includes attendance at The Ohio State University.
