Chris Phair is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bosley since June 2025, Chris previously held the position of VP of Program Office at Cochlear from May 2017 to June 2025. Prior to that, Chris was Program Director at Qantas, leading the HR Transformation Project aimed at enhancing talent acquisition and retention. Additionally, Chris served as Engagement Director & Workday Specialist at Theory of Mind Pty Ltd and held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including HR Operations Director for Asia Pacific and HR Transformation Implementation Lead. Chris holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Diploma in Marketing from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Sydney.
