Jean Barske

Jean Barske, MBA, PT, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Bosma Enterprises since June 2024 and has held the position of Executive Director at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana since December 2013. With a strong background in healthcare management, Jean previously worked as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at RHI, and as Director of Rehabilitation and Inpatient Therapies at Parkview Hospital from October 2001 to October 2013, overseeing a team of 140 FTE across two locations. Prior roles include Regional Manager at TheraCare, Outpatient Manager at St Joseph Hospital, and Physical Therapist at Sunnigdale Clinic, where Jean founded two outpatient clinics. Jean holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Durban Westville and an Executive MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
