Álvaro S. has extensive experience in data management, currently serving as Head of Data Management and BCIT Mentor at BINAIA since March 2023, focusing on data culture and training in various aspects of data management. At Bosonit since January 2017, Álvaro leads data projects and provides technical guidance while managing teams across banking, insurance, and real estate sectors. Prior to this, Álvaro held the position of Head of PMO Data & Analytics at Formavolucion, where responsibilities included service design and team coordination for data analytics and machine learning projects. Previous roles include Real Time Application Architect at NorTrafic, responsible for real-time monitoring architecture, and leading data governance and digital transformation initiatives at Concep· Farmacias. Álvaro began career as a Business Intelligence Developer at Unión Tostadora, S.A. Álvaro holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de La Rioja.
