Victoria Killip has extensive experience in data governance and strategic planning within the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Data Governance at Banco Santander since August 2015, Victoria previously held roles including Senior Data Governance Manager and Retail Data Manager. Prior to Banco Santander, Victoria worked at Barclaycard from May 2010 to August 2015 as a Planning & Performance Manager and Strategic Planning Analyst, where responsibilities included managing and developing strategic plans for the Global Chief Information Office. Victoria's professional journey began at Santander Bank, N.A., where the role of Technical Business Manager was held from 1999 to 2010.
