James Kearsey

James Kearsey is an experienced finance and operations executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Kearsey serves as Managing Director and Finance Director at Boss Cabins Ltd since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at J. AND A. YOUNG (LEICESTER) LIMITED from August 2013 to June 2019, where Kearsey managed financial control and reporting in a growing plastic recycling company. Kearsey's earlier roles involve consultancy at Kearsey Consulting Limited, managing diverse operations at Invictas Group Ltd, and leading manufacturing and finance at WORDSWORTH HOLDINGS PLC. Kearsey's career began in accounting at Baker Tilly, followed by internal auditing at Amec Plc.
