Dean Marsden

Dean Marsden is an experienced manufacturing and operations professional with a strong background in management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Factory Manager at Boss Design since June 2022, Dean previously held multiple key positions at COMPCO Fire Systems, including Manufacturing Manager and Procurement Manager from February 2016 to July 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Manager at Universal Fixings Ltd from February 2002 to January 2016, and Production Manager at Debro Engineering and Press Work from May 1995 to January 2002.
