Andrew Thom

Andrew Thom possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Operations Engineering Manager at BOSS SNOWPLOW since May 2019. Previous roles at BOSS SNOWPLOW include Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Advanced Sourcing Manager. Prior to this, Andrew held multiple positions at Systems Control from May 2009 to May 2019, including Product Design Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on lean initiatives, process improvements, and specialty projects. Andrew began their career as a Design Engineer Intern at Cummins Inc. in 2007. Andrew holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, obtained in 2009.
