Felicite Moorman's work experience begins in 1995 when they founded and served as the President of their independent consulting firm, MOORMAN MARKETING & CONSULTING. The firm focused on assisting real estate, legal, and finance companies with strategic planning, business development, and execution. In 2003, they also founded and became the Managing Member of SolFin, LLC, which aimed to create, merge, and acquire corporations with strategic partners.

In 2010, Felicite joined GE Licensee Jasco Products in a business development role, which lasted until 2012. From 2012 to 2020, they served as the CEO of BuLogics, a company that developed and certified leading Internet of Things products. During this time, they also held the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer for a brief period in 2012.

Following their time at BuLogics, Felicite co-founded and became the CoFounder & CEO of STRATIS IoT in 2013. STRATIS was acquired by RealPage and focused on providing intelligent building solutions for Multifamily and Student Housing. The company achieved significant growth, recognition, and revenue before Felicite's departure in 2022.

In 2011, Felicite joined The Golding Group, where they worked as an advisor to clients. The company specialized in strategic planning, communications, and process development for businesses and non-profits.

Lastly, Felicite is currently the CoFounder & CEO of BOSS.Tech, a company that aims to empower entrepreneurs by connecting various SaaS platforms through an integrated Business Operating Smart Solution.
