Chel Webster

Chel Webster has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position at Bossa Games as a Game Developer since June 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Junior Game Developer at Bossa Games from July 2021 to June 2023. They also worked as a QA Technician at Bossa Games from August 2018 to July 2021, where they were responsible for testing game functionality and assisting with bug prioritization.

Before joining Bossa Games, Chel worked as a Laboratory Technician at ADC Therapeutics from September 2017 to August 2018. They also worked as a Developer at CAPITALusM for a brief period from July 2017 to November 2017. Additionally, Chel gained experience as an Intern at Maverick Media in March 2017, where they worked on developing virtual reality games and gained skills in video editing and Adobe software.

Chel's earliest work experience was with the UK Ministry of Defence, where they worked as part of an analytical chemistry team from August 2015 to March 2017. They were involved in sample preparation and analysis, while also taking on a leadership role in improving workflow within the lab.

Chel Webster began their education in 2008 at Newcastle College, where they pursued a degree in HEFC ICT with a focus on Computing. This educational endeavor lasted for a year until 2009. Subsequently, Chel attended Northumbria University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Computer Games Design & Production. Their field of study at Northumbria University revolved around Computer Engineering and Information Sciences.
