Dr. Frank Heinrich-Krell

Dr. Frank Heinrich-Krell has extensive work experience in research and development in the automotive industry. Dr. Frank is currently the VP of R&D Fastening Technology at Bossard Group, where they lead projects focused on creating innovative fastening solutions, manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, and test methods. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Assembly Technology at Bossard Group, where they provided expert services to help companies find the right fastening solutions and improve their competitiveness in the manufacturing business. Before joining Bossard Group, Dr. Heinrich-Krell held leadership positions at Boltun Group/ESKA Automotive GmbH, ESKA Automotive GmbH, and RIBE - Richard Bergner Gruppe. Dr. Frank began their career as a project engineer at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Dr. Frank HEINRICH-KRELL received their Abitur from Emil von Behring Gymnasium Spardorf in 1992. Dr. Frank then went on to pursue their Doktor-Ingenieur degree in Werkstoffwissenschaften from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, which they completed in 2002. Dr. HEINRICH-KRELL also holds a certification as a Labormanager nach ISO/IEC 17025:2017 from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ), obtained in October.
