Remo Gander

Remo Gander has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Remo began their career in 2003 at RUAG Aviation as a CNC-Operator and later transitioned to Mecanex USA as an Assistant Buyer. In 2011, they worked as a Teaching Assistant in Business Engineering at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. In 2012, they joined Hochschule Luzern as a Research Assistant and Junior Innovation Consultant. Remo then joined Bossard Australia in 2015 as a Business Development and Smart Factory Logistics Specialist. Remo continued their journey with Bossard Group, where they held multiple roles, including International Management Trainee, Group Project Manager, Business Manager, and their most recent position as the Global Head Smart Factory Assembly starting in May 2021.

Remo Gander completed a Master of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Development at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2012 to 2015. In 2014 to 2015, they also pursued a Master of International Business at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management with a major in Mechanical Engineering, again at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance in 2021 and completed an Asian Management - Executive Seminar at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2013.
