Kimberly Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they began their career as the Vice President in Business Development at AIESEC, where they focused on empowering young people for progressive social impact. Kimberly later worked as a Business Research and Consultancy Intern at the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines in 2017, gaining experience in market research.

In 2018, they held multiple positions including Core Financial Services Product Engineer Intern at PayMaya Philippines, Salesperson and Property Manager at Right At Home Realty Inc., Brokerage, and Financial and Risk Content Analyst at Thomson Reuters. During these roles, they gained experience in financial services, real estate, and media conglomerates.

Continuing their career, they worked as an Operations Officer at Kick Fire Kitchen, a strategic consulting firm, and as a Founder of Oases, a company dedicated to unlocking the value of the circular economy.

In 2019, they co-founded Tansuo, an office space search engine platform, where they utilized market expertise and AI to provide leasing services to office tenants.

More recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Project Lead at the Global Shapers Community, where they founded the sustainability project ChopChop.

Currently, Kimberly Chen serves as the Country Manager at Bossjob, a position they began in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to sustainability, entrepreneurship, and making a positive impact.

Kimberly Chen attended De La Salle University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Sustainable Digital Innovation from KTH Executive School, which they obtained in April 2022, and Practical AI Bootcamp for Business Professionals and Non-Coders from unpackAI, which they completed in September 2021.
