Rodina Salem

Rodina Salem has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rodina is currently working at Bosta as an Account Management Manager, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Account Manager at the same company from June 2021 to March 2022.

Rodina co-founded The Mob Market in 2017 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Rodina is also the Head of Client Relationship Support at the company since September 2017. In addition, they co-founded themob.solutions in 2017 and served as a Co-Founder until July 2021.

In 2020, Rodina worked as a Merchant Support Supervisor at Wizshopsofficial from October 2020 to July 2021. Rodina also briefly worked at Mumzworld.com as a Customer Service Team Lead from May 2020 to October 2020.

Before that, Rodina gained experience at fetchr as a Call Center Team Leader from January 2016 to September 2018. Rodina started their career at Creative Egypt as a Customer Service Specialist from December 2014 to December 2015, and prior to that, they worked at Teleperformance as a Team Delegate from July 2013 to December 2014.

From 2009 to 2013, Rodina Salem attended Ahram Canadian University - ACU, where they earned a degree in Human Resources Management and Services. The degree obtained was a 2.18.
