Prior experience includes a role as Quality Lab Technician at Victory Brewing Company, Taproom Staff at DC Brau Brewing Company, and an ORISE Research Fellow at the US Environmental Protection Agency, where Ashley developed resilience tools for water utilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Health Science and a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Environmental Science from the University of Michigan.
