Kathy Wade has extensive work experience in the legal and corporate field. Kathy started their career as the Director of Legal Affairs and Human Resources at Laura Ashley, Inc. in 1992 and worked in that role until 1999. In 1999, Kathy joined the Boston Beer Company as the Corporate Legal Director and later became the Vice President-Legal & Corporate Secretary in 2012.
Kathy Wade earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Occidental College, where they studied from 1967 to 1971. Kathy then pursued a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Rochester from 1971 to 1972.
