Amy Schuldt Koenig

Amy Schuldt Koenig serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Dakota Gold Corp. since September 2021, and holds the position of Independent Director at Black Hills Corporation until May 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of Governance, Corporate Secretary, and Deputy General Counsel at Black Hills Corporation, as well as various titles including Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at the same company. Earlier experience includes a decade as an Attorney at Law with Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore, LLP, and engineering positions at Gateway and Dow Corning. Amy holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Furthermore, participation in the ELI Leadership Lab for Women is ongoing since 2016.
