Lauren Dugas

Lauren (Houck) Dugas has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both education and the beverage industry. Currently serving as District Manager for Western North Carolina at The Boston Beer Company since September 2017, Lauren has held various roles within the organization, including Market Manager, Key Account Specialist, Senior Brewery Representative, and Brewery Representative. Prior to this, Lauren worked as an English Teacher at Highlands Middle School for a year and as an English Language Arts Teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools over a six-year period. Lauren began the career in events as an Events Associate at SmithBucklin. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University.
