Lisa Tam

Lisa Tam has over two decades of experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Accounting Special Projects at The Boston Beer Company since October 2005. In this role, Lisa drives business process improvements through system implementations while also being a SAP Super-User. Prior to this, Lisa held positions as Assistant Controller at The Boston Beer Company and Corporate Controller at Inverness Medical Innovations, where responsibilities included managing monthly close processes and consolidating financial data from multiple entities. Lisa began her career at Ernst & Young, where as an Audit Manager, Lisa managed client relationships and led financial audit engagements in various industries. Lisa Tam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.
