Stephanie Hamilton

Stephanie Hamilton is a Learning and Development Trainer at The Boston Beer Company since January 2024 and has extensive experience in training and employee engagement. Previously, Stephanie worked at Bridgewater State University for a decade, where roles included Staff Associate in Talent Development & Engagement, focusing on designing and facilitating staff learning programs, and Administrative Assistant I in Human Resources. Stephanie’s background also includes bartending at Doyle's Pub and Grill since 2013, event coordination at Dockers Waterside, and sales representation at WeGotSoccer. Stephanie holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University.
