Tori Pesek

Tori Pesek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and process improvement. Since November 2015, Tori has served as the Senior Manager of Master Data and Business Process Improvement Lead at The Boston Beer Company, facilitating collaboration between IT and various departments including Finance, HR, and Legal. Prior to this, Tori held the position of Change Management Director at the State of Vermont, focusing on ERP process reengineering from March 2008 to November 2015. Tori has also contributed as a Consultant at Let's Talk Work!, supporting local businesses with organizational assessments, and served as the Human Resources Director at Sugarbush Resort, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and payroll management. Earlier experience includes consulting at PwC, where Tori developed business and operations strategies. Tori holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
