His executive experience included overseeing projects in Algeria, Iraq, Georgia, Egypt, Jordan, Malta, and Uruguay. Dr. Clark was appointed by former President George W. Bush to a Presidential Task Force to recommend healthcare improvements. Dr. Clark has also completed a two-year fellowship in Healthcare technology and worked for the US Public Health Service as a General Surgeon.
