Lauren Scurini

Lauren Scurini is the Senior Manager of Member Experience & Retention for the Boston Celtics. Lauren has been with the organization since September 2011, starting as an intern in the Game Operations department before being promoted to their current role. In their time with the Celtics, Lauren has been responsible for overseeing the team's customer retention efforts and developing programs to enhance the fan experience. Lauren has also played a key role in coordinating the team's community outreach initiatives. Prior to joining the Celtics, Lauren was an Orientation Leader at Daniel Webster College, where they helped welcome new students to campus and assisted with facilitation of orientation sessions.

Lauren Scurini has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Daniel Webster College.

Lauren Scurini reports to Dave Cohen, Senior Director, Member Experience & Retention. They are on a team with Benjamin Gillespie - Member Experience Executive, CJ Tyler - Member Experience Executive, and Sarah Fox - Member Experience Executive.
