Stephanie Pinder-Amaker

Stephanie Pinder-Amaker is a distinguished clinical psychologist and academic with extensive experience in mental health and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of the McLean College Mental Health Program and an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, Stephanie has established a comprehensive program focused on trans-diagnostic, student-centered care for college students and their families, while also consulting on mental health strategies for educational institutions across the nation. Additionally, Stephanie is a Consulting Team Psychologist for the Boston Celtics and a Co-Founder of Twin Star Intersectional Diversity Trainers, which provides specialized training on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Previous roles include Director of Psychology for the Alliance of American Football and Associate Dean of Students at the University of Michigan, where significant contributions were made to managing critical incidents and overseeing student services. Stephanie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Vanderbilt University and postdoctoral training in Behavioral Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine.
