Anna Housley Juster, PhD has a diverse work experience in the fields of child development, community engagement, and content creation. Anna is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Child Development & Community Engagement at Boston Children's Museum since October 2014. Prior to this, they co-founded Pop-Up Adventure Play in 2010. Anna also founded Shoelace Monster LLC in 2007. Anna served as the Director of Content at Sesame Workshop from February 2000 to December 2006. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate at Columbia University in the City of New York from June 1999 to February 2000. Anna'searly experience includes working as a Teacher at Head Start from September 1996 to June 1997.
Anna Housley Juster, PhD, earned their Bachelor's degree in Child Development and English from Tufts University in 1996. Anna then pursued their Master's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York, completing it in 1999. Anna furthered their education, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from New York University in 2013.
