Amy Mazur

Amy Mazur is a seasoned Career Development Specialist and Counselor Educator with extensive experience since 1996 in private practice, assisting individuals with career planning and management. Currently, Amy serves as a Project Coordinator for the Work Intervention Network at Boston College, focusing on the intersection of work and mental health, particularly for those facing long-term unemployment. Additionally, Amy holds the position of Employer Engagement Coordinator at the Massachusetts Coalition of Domestic Workers, advocating for the rights of domestic workers. As a co-founder of Voices for Workplace Change, Amy examines systemic barriers affecting worker representation. With roles in the Institute for Career Transitions and the National Career Development Association, Amy remains deeply involved in research and professional development within the field. Previous experience includes serving as a Career Counselor at JVS Boston and as Adjunct Faculty at Lesley University. Amy earned a Master of Education in Counseling & Consulting Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
