Başak Özer

Başak Özer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at the MIT Entrepreneurship Center and a Board Member at Kinetic Automation and İndeks Communications, Başak also holds the position of CEO at Spica, a consulting firm focused on AI-driven applications across various industries. Previous roles include Chief Product and Design Leader at Motional, Executive Director of Innovation at Russell Reynolds Associates, and Vice President of HD Maps at HERE.
