Brian L. Salerno

Brian L. Salerno serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Digital Innovation in Learning at Boston College, where responsibilities include overseeing initiatives in online education and digital learning technologies. Previously, roles included Director and Associate Director positions within the same center, as well as leadership in online learning and instructional design at Brandeis University and the University of New Haven. Salerno has extensive experience in higher education, having also taught courses in media studies and video production at various institutions. Additionally, Salerno has operated as a consultant through Salerno Media, LLC, focusing on multimedia production and social media strategy, while also holding a seat on the South Windsor Public Schools Board of Education. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in e-Media and current doctoral candidacy in Higher Education Administration at Northeastern University.
