Katie Drucker, PhD, currently serves as the Lead Evaluation Researcher at the Mary E. Walsh Center for Thriving Children at Boston College since November 2021, after holding the position of Senior Evaluation Researcher there. With extensive experience as an Evaluation Consultant since September 2006, Katie advises various clients on research and evaluation designs and has conducted both qualitative and quantitative data analysis for notable organizations such as the Hamilton Education Program and the MIT Teaching and Learning Lab. Previous roles include Director of Education & Evaluation at The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and Associate Vice President of Research, Evaluation & Impact at the NYC Leadership Academy. Katie's academic background includes a PhD in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from Boston College, a Master’s degree in Language and Literacy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and English from Boston College.
