Neil McCullagh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in urban development and community revitalization. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action at Boston College since January 2015, McCullagh focuses on transforming impoverished areas into thriving mixed-income communities while educating future real estate professionals. Prior to this role, McCullagh was the Executive Director at The American City Coalition from February 2010 to September 2015, where efforts were directed towards neighborhood revitalization through community projects and resource attraction. Earlier in the career, McCullagh held leadership positions with CHF International in Azerbaijan and GOAL Ireland in Kosovo, managing operations and development programs, and contributed to business development at FairMarket. McCullagh holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College, and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
