Tom Richardson

Tom Richardson is a seasoned professional in operations and technology management, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Technology at Boston Common Asset Management since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions at Jennison Associates LLC, where as Director of Fixed Income Application Development, the focus was on front office technology for fixed income, effectively managing a team and enhancing application performance.
