Brian MacKenzie

Brian MacKenzie is an experienced professional currently serving as a Field Applications Engineer and Robot Operations Technician at Boston Dynamics since March 2019. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at the Boston Cyclists Union and various positions within the City of Boston’s Boston Transportation Department. Brian has also held leadership positions with organizations such as Bike & Build, where responsibilities included leading a cross-country bicycle trip, teaching bike safety, and managing logistics for a team. Brian's early career involved contributions to FEMA Corps as a Geographic Information Systems Corps Member, where geospatial data support and map creation were crucial to emergency preparedness efforts. Additionally, Brian has experience in education, having worked as a substitute teacher and a child mentor. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The George Washington University.
