Dongjae (Danny) Lee is an accomplished engineer with a robust background in robotics and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Field Application Engineer at Boston Dynamics since January 2022, Dongjae previously held the position of Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Tech Research Institute, where contributions included work on localization, mapping, and autonomous navigation for quadruped robots, culminating in a publication for ICRA 2022. Earlier experiences include internships in sensor fusion at Hyundai Motor Company and quality engineering at NCR Corporation, along with significant research roles at Georgia Institute of Technology focused on autonomous robotic charging stations and offroad semi-autonomous vehicles. Dongjae's early career also includes service as a UH-60 Helicopter Mechanic in the Republic of Korea Army, recognized for exemplary leadership.
