Monica Salas

Monica Salas is a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer at Boston Dynamics since June 2025, following a role as Lead Mechanical Engineer and Research and Development Engineer at Cytrellis Biosystems, Inc. from April 2018 to June 2025. Prior to that, Monica served as a Service Learning Teaching Assistant in the Cornerstones of Engineering program at Northeastern University from August 2016 to May 2018, and completed an Engineering Co-op at Cytrellis Biosystems, Inc. from December 2016 to July 2017. Additional experience includes a Process Development Engineering Co-op at INFINIUM Inc. and a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Amphenol PCD in 2015, along with being an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Gouldstone Material Science Lab at Northeastern University from October 2013 to December 2014. Monica obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in 2018.
