David Fernandes

First Vice President, Asset Management at Boston Financial

David Fernandes began their work experience in 1991 as a Project Manager at ShoreBank. David then served as the Director of Real Estate Development at Neighborhood of Affordable Housing, Inc. from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they worked as an Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager at the Boston Redevelopment Authority from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2009, David held the position of Vice President at MMA Financial, Inc. David currently serves as the First Vice President of Asset Management at Boston Financial Investment Management, a position they have held since 2009.

David Fernandes started their education in 1987 at Earlham College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. David studied there until 1991. Later, in 1995, they enrolled in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned a Master's degree in City Planning. David'sstudies at MIT continued until 1997.
