Cecil Parks

Cecil Parks serves as the Chief Nuclear Technology Officer at Boston Government Services, LLC since March 2021. Prior to this role, extensive experience at Oak Ridge National Laboratory spanned from May 1978 to February 2021, including positions such as Director of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Division, Director of the Nuclear Security and Isotope Technology Division, and Deputy Director and Acting Director of the Nuclear Science and Technology Division. Cecil Parks holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering and dual PhDs in Nuclear Engineering, alongside Bachelor of Science degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering, all from North Carolina State University and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
