Jonathan Hartman Carranza

Jonathan Hartman Carranza is an experienced Environmental Specialist currently working at Boston Government Services, LLC, within the Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Office. Since July 2019, Jonathan has led contractor support for the National Environmental Policy Act Division, conducting environmental compliance reviews for grant activities in renewable energy sectors. Prior roles include managing the closeout process for EERE grant activities at Allegheny Science & Technology and working as an Evaluations Analyst at Ascendant Program Services, LLC. Jonathan's background also includes experience as a bilingual student administrative assistant at Sturm College of Law and an intern with the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
