Ryne Deckard

Ryne Deckard has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple roles and industries. Ryne started their career as a Career and Technology Education Teacher and Varsity Baseball Coach at Advantage Academy. Ryne then transitioned into a role as a Technical Support Analyst and Lead Technology Assistant, where they maintained and troubleshooted school computer equipment. Ryne Deckard later became the Director of Technology at Advantage Academy and subsequently at Boston Green Academy. Most recently, they served as the Director and Weekend Experience Coordinator at The Link Church, where they played a crucial role in the visionary team and facilitated the growth of the ministry and non-profit entities.

Ryne Deckard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Media and Theology from Evangel University in 2007. In 2020, they completed their Master of Science degree in Leadership & Administration, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Development, from Boston College.
