Adrian Calderon began their work experience in 2007 as a Technical Support role at RNK Communications, where they provided problem resolution and troubleshooted through various communication channels. In 2009, they joined Wave2Wave Communications as a Whole Sale Technical Support, where they worked in the Help Desk, maintained customer troubleshooting processes, and supported email account configuration. In 2013, Calderon became an Associate Technical Support Engineer at Axeda Corporation, providing world-class technical support to global customers and partners by diagnosing and resolving technical concerns. Adrian then worked as an IT Support Engineer at Boston Heart Diagnostics in 2014, focusing on IT support. Finally, Calderon joined Maloney Properties, Inc. in 2018 as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist, leveraging their technical expertise in the field.

Adrian Calderon has earned an Associate Degree in Information Science Technology & Management with a concentration in Technology from Massachusetts Bay Community College. Adrian also pursued Information Technology at Northeastern University. Adrian has obtained various certifications including Cisco IT Essentials, Computer Networking Certificate, Information Technology Certificate, Technology Support Certificate, Cyber Security Certificate, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA). The Cisco certifications were obtained through the Cisco Networking Academy, and the other certificates were earned at Massachusetts Bay Community College.
