Samantha B.

Samantha B. currently serves as a Senior Advisor for the Life Sciences Investment Team at Intermediate Capital Group, which focuses on providing capital for company growth in private and public markets. Additionally, Samantha holds positions as a Director on the Board of Vigil Neuroscience, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, and as Chief Medical Officer at Enigma Biomedical USA. Since October 2015, Samantha has been a member of the Board of Directors at The Boston Home, a facility catering to adults with physical disabilities. Past experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Head of the Neurodegeneration Development Unit at Biogen, and various leadership roles at AstraZeneca spanning over a decade. Samantha is also a former Board member at the Stockholm Brain Institute. Educational credentials include a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Dundee, where a first-class honors BSc in Biochemistry was also earned.
