Alexandre (Alex) Dennis

Alexandre (Alex) Dennis has a wealth of experience in the information technology field. Alexandre (Alex) began their career in 2017 as an Intern at Malmygin Law Firm. In 2018, they took on the role of IT Project Coordinator Intern at First American Title. In 2020, they worked as a System Administrator Assistant at Harvard University and an Information Technology Help Desk at LA COMPUTER WORLD LLC, where they assisted users remotely with software, hardware and connectivity issues, formulated an FAQ page, utilized a ticketing system, harnessed unifi to keep track of network experience, improvised hardware repair, installed access points, set up 8x8 phone systems, built and repaired computers for customers, and created documentations for FAQ page. Currently, Alex is an Information Security Analyst at Boston IT Services Inc.

Additionally, Alex has obtained two certifications: a Certified Counterintelligence Threat Analyst (CCTA) from the McAfee Institute in 2018, and a CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in 2022.
