Mark Guptill has held various roles in the IT industry. Mark started their career in 1991 as a Sales Representative at PC Connection and later worked as a Support Specialist at Cabletron Systems. In 1994, they joined The Hanover Insurance Group as an IT Specialist. Mark then became the IT Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific in 1996 and later moved to Pharmasmarket.com as the Director of IT in 2000. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Information Officer at Boston IVF since 2001.

Mark Guptill earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Messiah University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their degree, Mark obtained several certifications, including CCNA Security and CCNP Security from Cisco in April 2015, CISSP from (ISC)² in November 2003, and CCNA Routing and Switching from Cisco in September 2000.
