Rick Marquardt

Rick Marquardt has worked for a number of companies since 2013. Rick started at Scholastic TVs, LLC, where they were the Founder/President from 2013-2014. In 2014, they were an Intern for EY's Advisory Services Business Advisory Program. From 2015-2018, they worked for EY in various roles, including Senior Consultant for Consulting, Associate for Consulting, and Senior Consultant for Strategy & Transactions. From 2019-2022, they worked for PepsiCo in various roles, including Senior Analyst for Corporate Strategy, Associate Manager for Corporate Strategy, and SodaStream Growth. Currently, they are the Strategy & Business Development Lead and Strategy MBA Intern for Tender Food.

Rick Marquardt attended Colgate University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Rick then attended Harvard Business School from 2021 to 2023, where they earned a Master of Business Administration.
