Gina A Patterson

Gina A Patterson is an experienced professional in the fields of economic mobility, diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational development. Currently serving as the BOS Collaborative Director at Boston Medical Center since 2020, Gina leads initiatives funded by JP Morgan/Chase aimed at neighborhood revitalization. Simultaneously, Gina acts as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant and Coach with The Wellspring Group. Previously, Gina held several key roles, including Senior Associate/Portfolio Manager at the Obama Foundation, where management of grant portfolios spanned multiple major cities, and Organizational Development Consultant at TSNE MissionWorks, focusing on non-profit and foundation clients. While with the City of Boston from 2014 to 2017, Gina contributed significantly to the Mayor’s Office of Public Safety and led the implementation of the My Brother's Keeper initiative. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Columbia SIPA and a Bachelor of Science from Simmons University.
