Lovern Moseley, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and CEO of Empowerment Counseling and Psychotherapy Center, with extensive experience in clinical psychology and academia. Since February 2015, Lovern has led a private practice while also serving as a staff psychologist and clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at Boston Medical Center since 2009. Previous roles include postdoctoral fellow in child and adolescent psychiatry, licensed psychologist at Thriveworks - Boston, and co-founder of Moseley International Consulting Group and Germantown Psychological Associates. Lovern's educational background includes a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and an MA in Human Services Psychology from La Salle University, among other degrees.
