Matt Schricker

Matt Schricker is an experienced professional in contact center operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Contact Center Operations at Boston Medical Center since June 2019. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from August 2013 to June 2019, including Senior Manager of Customer Service and Manager of Omni-Channel. At Blue Cross Blue Shield, responsibilities included overseeing performance management, strategic planning, and customer experience. Earlier experience includes roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from August 2007 to August 2013, where Matt supervised customer service teams and contributed to project implementation related to Medicare products.
