Maureen Fagan

Maureen Fagan, DNP, MHA, FNP-BC, FAAN, currently serves as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Boston Medical Center, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Fagan worked as a Patient Experience Consultant at Fagan Enterprises from July 2022 to December 2023 and held the position of Chief Experience Officer at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from May 2018 to February 2023. Fagan also served as the Chief Nursing Executive at the University of Miami Health System and Executive Director of The Center for Patients and Families at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where extensive collaboration aimed at enhancing patient-family experiences was achieved. Fagan’s earlier experience includes leadership roles in ambulatory OB/GYN at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and Harvard Community Health Plan. Educational achievements include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Simmons University and Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
