Angel Thompson

Angel Thompson, MHA, BSN, CCRN, NEA-BC, FCCS, is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Patient Care Administrator at Orlando Health since June 2021. Prior to this role, Angel worked as Director of Critical Care at HCA Healthcare from October 2019 to June 2021 and held leadership positions at Florida Hospital, including Nurse Manager and Assistant Manager from January 2008 to October 2019. Additionally, Angel served as Nurse Manager at AdventHealth from September 2012 to October 2019 and began a nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Firstat Nursing Services from January 2002 to January 2008. Angel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from LSU Shreveport.
