Michael Halas

Michael Halas currently serves as the Senior Project Manager for the Boston University Medical Group within Boston Medical Center, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michael was with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from November 2015 to October 2020, where significant contributions included co-creating and leading the HMH Pride Employee Resource Group, fostering LGBTQ+ advocacy and initiatives, while also managing project teams and developing educational digital products as a Project Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Pearson North America, where responsibilities encompassed digital project management and content development, as well as receiving the Social Sciences and the Arts Shining Star Award in June 2010. Michael Halas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Suffolk University.
